Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

PE Andrei Vavilov, operator of the reflow.deals service (the “Service”), offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made through the Service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

2. What can be refunded

  • Wallet top-ups, to the extent the topped-up balance has not been used to purchase leads or other paid features.
  • Paid features and subscriptions, in accordance with the 30-day window above.

Lead purchases that have already been delivered and consumed (for example, where contact details have been disclosed to you) are generally not refundable, except where required by law or where we determine, in good faith, that the lead did not meet the description provided in the Service.

3. How to request a refund

Payments for the Service are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the self-service tools, or contact our support team at re@g24.tech and we will help you with the request. Please include the email address used at checkout and the order or receipt number where possible.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed by Paddle within a few business days. The exact time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
